Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree in Business, HR, psychology or other related disciplines.MBA or Master Degree preferred
2. Above 5 years HR work experiences in multi-national companies; at least 2 year’s in a managerial role in a manufacturing environment.
3. with people management experience;
4. Sound understanding of Labour Law and market practices;
5. Good analytical skill and excel skills;
6. Strong communication and interaction skills
7. Result orientated and positive “can do” attitude
8. With passion, willing to learn new things;
9. Fluency in both written and oral English
10. Knowledge of HRIS will be an added advantage
11. Strong leadership potential
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure smooth HR operations.
2. Handle HR activities in accordance with company policy and legal requirements; Implement HR polices in China Business and ensure to align with global HR strategies
3. Provide high quality HR service to business functions;
4. Provide constructive comments to management team to improve HR service;
5. Manage an HR team. Build up a strong team in Water China and ensure successors; Coordinate with other HR colleagues in China to provide better HR service;
6. In charge of overall recruitment activities in China. Make sure to fulfill recruitment lead time for different positions; Measure/analyze recruitment quality & effectiveness; Prepare all employment related documents.
7. Responsible for staff movement activities (transfer, promotion/demotion, termination, JD audit, training etc.) Responsible for monthly payroll item update. Maintain good relationship with related government bodies, communicate updated government social benefit policies & other local policies to all related internal parties HR teams, Corporate HR & Corporate C&B and Communications/Compliance team when necessary;
8. Support business units in organization changes and Job evaluations for all positions;
9. Support Global BU HRs in their Business Unit specific initiatives; Provide related reports to business unit managers;
10. Establish communication/consultation channel between line managers and employees and provide professional opinion;
11. Support in HR system maintenance (HR User Management System, Employee survey system, Employee commitment System, Performance Appraisal system, Training System, etc…) and data in the reporting, evaluating and planning of manpower and organization initiatives;
12. Support the company culture/values promotion and culture alignment; Handle grievances and provide counseling; Participate in HR vendor selection & HR Audit;
