高薪聘請(qǐng)Regional Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assigned for carrying out sales/marketing initiatives;
- Development and management of distributor networking for lubricants in responsible area; --Develop/maintain business to achieve yearly sales targets;
- Directly develop key accounts with support from relevant departments and manage customer relationship to ensure development of sustainable business in assigned areas;
- Resolve customer’s problems/issues (commercial; technical etc.);
- Understand and selling product srvice to meet customer's need;
- Deliver customer value proposition.
Requirements:
- University graduate with engineering background would be an added advantage;
- 5 years of related sales or technical experience;
- Open, team player, excellent interpersonal skills, like to be in sales, willing to accept new challenges, can work in a new market independently;
- Frequent travel & fully mobile;
- Fluency in written and spoken English & Mandarin and/or other local dialects are essential for this position;
- Knowledge of other languages/local dialects will be an added advantage;
- Authorisation to work in China is required for this position.
