要求如下：

1、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：1~2年的經(jīng)驗(yàn) ，有數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)、數(shù)據(jù)分析、統(tǒng)計(jì)建?；驒C(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，最好在銀行、保險(xiǎn)或金融服務(wù)行業(yè)工作；
?
2、學(xué)校要求： 統(tǒng)招本科、碩士畢業(yè)（留學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)加分），計(jì)算機(jī)/網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程/數(shù)學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)；
?
3、英語(yǔ)要求：口語(yǔ)必須流利溝通，需對(duì)接國(guó)外
?
4、技術(shù)要求：python代碼能力強(qiáng)， 掌握PySpark或者spark，pylearn2, SQL
?
5、優(yōu)先：有機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)(ML Ops）的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；有銀行/保險(xiǎn)/金融行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)

Purpose

Support country to achieve data driven decision organization

Conduct analytics modelling to generate business insights.

Understand business needs and design modelling methodology

Conduct data sourcing, integrate necessary data

Conduct data discovery and data transformation

Build models to find best optimal and test model

Qualifications
?
Bachelor/Masters in Statistics, Information Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics
?
1-2 years working experience
?
Working experience in Data Science, data analytics, statistical modelling or machine learning, preferably in banking, insurance or financial services industry is preferred
?
Machine Learning certificates preferred
?
[Must have] - Strong demonstrated coding in Python, SQL and by extension, PySpark
?
Excellent communication skills in English
?
Good business acumen and strong analytical skills
?
Results oriented and customer centric
?
Open and collaborative
?
[Must have] - Good fundamentals in data science
?
[good to have] - Good understanding of driving value from using ML required for communication with stakeholders
?
[good to have] - Good understanding of Insurance knowledge
