崗位職責(zé):

We are looking for the Expert of wood Toys!

我們正在尋找木制玩具的產(chǎn)品研發(fā)專家!
?
1. Responsible for product development, function & safety review, conducting product feasibility & reliability issues study, contributing & driving for resolution, etc.
?
負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品設(shè)計及開發(fā)，監(jiān)控產(chǎn)品功能性及安全性問題，對產(chǎn)品可行性與可靠性問題進行案例分析，驅(qū)動產(chǎn)品改進和完善等
?
2. Project technical support/lead from design stage to mass production.
?
計劃及監(jiān)控產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的進程，囊括設(shè)計階段到量產(chǎn)實施的全過程
?
3. Work closely with internal account teams, QA, customers & outside factories throughout whole development process.
?
產(chǎn)品策劃及生產(chǎn)進展中，與業(yè)務(wù)團隊，品質(zhì)團隊，客戶方及生產(chǎn)廠家等多方緊密合作
?
任職資格:
?
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
?
具有機械工程類或相關(guān)工程類本科學(xué)歷
?
2. Min 8 years solid experience in manufacturing and project follow up of Wood Toys.
?
8年以上專注于木制玩具產(chǎn)品制造和項目跟進經(jīng)驗
?
3. Candidates who have solid product development experience in wood toys and sundries are highly preferred. Familiar with the material characteristics and application scope of different wood is a must.
?
具備木制玩具和其他木制品的產(chǎn)品制造經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮，同時必須熟悉不同木制的材質(zhì)特點和應(yīng)用范圍。
?
4. Good knowledge in plastic tooling and injection molding.
?
優(yōu)良的塑膠模具和注射模具知識
?
5. Hands on experience in using computer software Pro-E Creo, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) etc.
?
實操Pro-E Creo，MS Office等軟件經(jīng)驗
?
6. Good in English listening, reading, and can communicate clearly, adherently in written English. Good spoken English is an advantage, but not a must.
?
具備英語聽讀能力，能通過英語表達和溝通。具有良好英文口語能力優(yōu)先考慮
?
7. Frequent traveling required.
?
需要頻繁出差
