職位描述：

1、負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計開發(fā)進度的跟蹤與實施,并提出指導(dǎo)性的建議與評估
?
Responsiblefor product design progress tracking, Provide guiding recommendations andassessments
?
2、負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計、開發(fā)與評估，改進電子元件、電子產(chǎn)品及系統(tǒng)
?
Responsiblefor product design、development and evaluation, optimal designfor electronic component and system.
?
3、審核項目進展各階段的文檔和圖紙, 保證文檔的完整和規(guī)范
?
Reviewthe documents and drawings of all stages of the project progress to ensure thespecification of the documents
?
4、負(fù)責(zé)跟進新產(chǎn)品試產(chǎn)，溝通、解決、完善試制過程中出現(xiàn)的技術(shù)、工藝問題
?
Followup the trial produce of new product, give engineering support ontechnical problems during this time
?
5、組織相關(guān)人員制定產(chǎn)品工藝方案， 確保研發(fā)與生產(chǎn)的銜接。
?

任職要求：
?
1、大專以上學(xué)歷、3年以上工作經(jīng)驗、電子信息相關(guān)專業(yè)；
?
2、熟練使用Protel、PADS與Solid works等軟件；
?
3、對電子產(chǎn)品熟悉，對展示類,影音類電子產(chǎn)品開發(fā)有一定了解；
?
4、有3-5年電子產(chǎn)品項目開發(fā)經(jīng)驗；
?
5、有較強的分析設(shè)計、創(chuàng)新、組織、自我完善能力； 能獨立解決項目研發(fā)過程中的各項問題。
