工作職責(zé)：1、全面負(fù)責(zé)節(jié)目?jī)?nèi)容審核，確保內(nèi)容播出安全和質(zhì)量； Oversee and manage the content review process, ensuring acceptable quality for broadcast shows. ?2、對(duì)節(jié)目?jī)?nèi)容制作，經(jīng)營(yíng)策略和媒體發(fā)展方向提出思路和建議；對(duì)片源進(jìn)行篩選工作； Provide advice on content production, business strategy, and media development, as well as the filtering process for programs. ? 3、負(fù)責(zé)電視宣傳策劃工作 Assist development of TV promos, both planning and production. ?4、負(fù)責(zé)總編室的日常運(yùn)營(yíng)管理、資源管理及分配； Manage the daily operations and resources of the Editorial Department. ?5、制定及梳理審核工作規(guī)范，總編室相關(guān)規(guī)則及流程，并負(fù)責(zé)各項(xiàng)制度的執(zhí)行； Develop and lead implementation of improved content review policies as well as other regulations and procedures.

任職資格：1、電視媒體相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷； Bachelor degree or above; TV media or relevant major . ? 2、年齡35-50歲；要求母語(yǔ)是英語(yǔ)的外籍人士或外籍華人 ?Age between 35-50; native English speaker or Chinese with extensive experience living and working in English countries ? 3、具有3年以上媒體主編（或總編室同類(lèi)職位）經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 電視臺(tái)同等工作經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先考慮； ?Three or more years experience in a chief editorial position; similar work experience at a television station is preferred. ?4、具備優(yōu)秀的內(nèi)容、熱點(diǎn)內(nèi)容判斷、內(nèi)容分析及執(zhí)行能力。并對(duì)各種形態(tài)視頻產(chǎn)品都有所了解； Ability to quickly and effectively analyze hot issues and content, then provide salient advice on all aspects of video production. ? 5、對(duì)電視及新媒體節(jié)目?jī)?nèi)容的展現(xiàn)形式、視頻形態(tài)特點(diǎn)有充分了解，并熟悉相關(guān)行業(yè)背景及最新進(jìn)展； Well-informed about television presentation styles, new media programs, and the assorted video formats. Also, be familiar with the history and trajectory of the video industry. ? 6、具備較強(qiáng)溝通及表達(dá)能力，積極主動(dòng)性強(qiáng)，并快速理解及推進(jìn)制作部門(mén)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展； ?
